What is my network username and password?

Your network username and password is used to log into various resources available through the college.

For students, it is used primarily to log into computers on campus, Sakai, the PC-Secure wireless network, and any other resources that require your network account.

For members of the faculty and staff, it is used to log into computers on campus, Sakai, the PC-Secure wireless network, email, and any other resources that require your network account.

If you need this password reset, members faculty and staff can visit passwordreset.microsoftonline.com. Students, and members of the faculty and staff who are unable to use the self-service password reset utility can call the Helpdesk at 401.865.4357 or visit us in room LL25 of the Phillips Memorial Library or in the Ryan Center Satellite Help Desk in room 117. Please note that this service is only available in Ryan 117 Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm or Sunday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
