Game Consoles, Smart TVs, and Other Devices

Game consoles, smart TVs, set top boxes (Apple TV, Roku, Fire TV, etc), and other consumer devices that do not support enterprise 802.1x wireless networks can connect to the Internet in one of two ways.

1. ​Each dorm room and bedroom in the apartments and suites has one active Ethernet jack. The device can be plugged into that jack.
2. The devices can be connected to the PC-Devices wireless network. PC-Devices requires that the MAC​ address of the device be registered with the Helpdesk. See information on PC-Devices at Wireless Network Access.
