Teams for Faculty

  • Teams is an optional tool that can be used to augment your instruction.
  • School Data Sync (SDS) will automatically create Microsoft Class Teams with official course rosters. Rosters will update daily as students add and drop courses.
  • Courses created in Sakai will also be created in Teams with the same name.
  • You must “Activate” the Team for student use, much like you must “publish” a Sakai course site.
  • You can post a link to your Team in Sakai (use the ellipsis to the right of the Team name to get link).
