How to Access Your Email Account

All Providence College Microsoft 365 accounts, including email and OneDrive, are setup with multi-factor authentication (MFA). This requires the use of something you know, which is your password, as well as something you have, such as your phone, in order to access your account while connected to an off-campus network.

The process requires you to use a second step when logging into your Microsoft 365 account. You will automatically be prompted on each device and app you use to access your account. You will be given the option to remember that device or app for 30 days before you are prompted again. See the following links for more information about MFA and your account.
